Founder / Certified Trainer
Andrea is a seasoned project and service management consultant with over 20 years of management experience. She primarily works as an interim project/program manager and agile coach, helping teams to deliver products faster with a higher level of quality and customer satisfaction. She is passionate about serving others through training and sharing during classes about her personal hands-on experience while working in the field. She is a well experienced agile consulting working with several different organisations in different industries such as insurance, financial, biotechnology, construction, marketing, and telecommunications. Andrea has dedicated most of her life to the field of business process improvement and she enjoys connecting and collaborating with others.
